I would like to congratulate ICICI Lombard for the excellent experience I had. I had called them up regarding a query on buying a policy.
I called at the customer service number and spoke to an executive who was very humble and helpful. When I called to check on the policy, he was able to guide me to zero in on the insurance plan which suited my requirements the best.
Not only this, he also helped me with creating a login id and buy the policy online. I was impressed by the simplicity of the procedure and how they have managed to make something as complex as buying insurance so easy and convenient online. The service is great and the the convenience unimaginable.
Congratulations to ICICI Lombard on their wonderful website and the great job. I will definitely keep you right on top of my list of insurance service providers. Thanks!
