I completely agree as well. Every word is true. Liars/Do not pick calls and DELAY..LIES...DO NOT PICK CALLS...DELAY...LIES..that is their set pattern! Swarnalaxshmi read your review but was completely FOOLED by their sweet talks and late nite deliveries of 'so called designs' ONLY till the first pay...ment was done. Dear Sharmilavedantha, Rest assured I am NO TROLL. If you want details let me know will share my mail Id or maybe you could look up our FB group as well (BTW we just celebrated our diwali in this society!) and I will provide you with enough proof or maybe invite you over for a coffee at my place ...and hopefully that should clear your doubt that I am indeed JUST a consumer who is HAPPY with the decision. I agree not all get the same kind of result and I just wrote to inform people that not all is unwell in this world! It is very unfortunate that we happily accept anything negative on mouthshut (since our mindset is to always find something that will help deter our decision) but as soon as we see a positive feedback we are tuned to doubt the person/profile/intention and are more than happy to write them off. Hi, A clarification here. My villa builders/construction is by AMR group Artha has NO hand in the construction or nething to do with the overall progress. I am an owner of a villa where AMR is the developer and Artha is the marketing partner. I am very happy and satisfied with the project and the progress. I think this is one off case of having a 'not so happy customer' . But I can vouch the quality of work and the commitment. Almost all developers wi...ll have some % delay due to various factors influencing their construction plan but at the end of the day I would rather wait an extra 4-5 months for a quality product rather than get it from the so called 'fast developers' and then suffer at a later stage. My house is nearing completion and I am more than eager to shift and start a good living in my wonderful house !Read More
