I just want to caution all guys about this online store induscraft (https://induscraft7.com/) which is based at Jodhpur. I ordered one cabinet to it to be delivered in Goa. The owner Mukesh Jain is rascal and a fraud. He talked very sweetly and promised big things about his product. I paid all money in advance as he demanded so. He promised to deliver in 2 weeks . finally he delivered in 5 weeks after lot of follow-up. I had to give entire courier charges in advance, but finally courier arrived and the guy again wanted to charge me 800 bucks. I refused to take delivery and the courier took it back. Finally after constant chasing owner for 5 days , the cabinet was delivered to me. The cabinet was made from inferior wood instead of promised sheesham wood. It started developing cracks on doors without even putting in use. The quality of workmanship was poor. The iron sequins riveted in boady were shoddy. The drawers were jammed. I had to force tooth and nail to open up the drawers. The partition inside the cabinet was missing. When I pointed this to MukashJain he behaved very innocently and apologetically and promised to send me the partition which never arrived. At time of booking also Mukesh promised a free gift of small stool or photo frame, but that also never arrived. I sincerely suggest to all guys to be careful of this person and his firm and not to get trapped by him.
