reply Dear All, what Mukesh is saying all hogwash and an attempt to cleanse his image. I have Sheesham and teak products which are many decades old and do not have any problem. But his cabinet ,when we inspected after receipt ,already had cracks. Secondly, when I pointed about missing shelf in the c...abinet and the promised gift which was never delivered, he stopped taking my calls. He never replied my SMSs. I still have enough email records which I sent to him complaining about his product and miseries which I had undergone but he choose to look other way. It is false allegation that he promised me the free gift as a compensation for delay in order. The gift was a bait to lure me into trap. He promised it before I gave order. He said that if I order this cabinet he will give me a stool or a antique photo frame free. But that never arrived. I will say that free gift is a far fetched thought, this man even compromised basic structural members of the cabinet and sent the cabinet without the shelves!!! what kind of quality control inpections he has before he dispatches the product. How can mone miss the shelf?? The drawers were also jammed so much that with me and my wife pulling it none of the 3 drawers opened. This again shows the quality of wood used. The sheesham wood will never sweel so much. I had to finally call a carpentor to open the drawers. The sweet emphatic talk of Mukesh now is for damage control and I see no honesty in it.
