I threatened to make police complain and they pissed in the pants and refunded the money in total. P'haps I was lucky as at that time CEO of timtara.com was arrested for similar cheating. I wish someone does make a complain and stop these crooks.

When they ate up my money I threatened them with police action. They immediately paid and then police discouraged me from taking further action. I totally agree that they should be banned and jailed too. See if you can file a complaint. It will a service to community.

Hi, Just to remind you that though you are saying that you are waiting for explanation from vendors yet you have informed me that claims have been rejected and you have already labelled them as 'CANCELLED'. Some of these claims are as much as 7 months old. In the light of this can you blame me if I... do not accept your argument of 'still looking into it' or 'they are busy'. I am very sure that neither money nor any proof of rejection in coming my way. It is a simple matter to decide if I really purchased it or not. How can it take 7 months without any outcome. How I get rejection for 20 transaction in a row. If all of you are going to make mistake in each and every instance and then going to take years to 'look into it' then you are in wrong business. I had earlier written to cashkaro that how come whole thing is not automatic. I get such benefit from elsewhere too. No one needs intervention in individual transactions. After all every aspect of net shopping works through computers. Why do you need so much of human intervention ? You may or may not have answers but I know that it did not work for me. Hi Swati,You have given the amount which I received but skipped over what was rejected. It was also over 4000. As for remaining 4500 I can assure you, will be rejected. If you think that rejection was due to some genuine reason you should have given it. Just telling that 'unfortunately it was not ap...proved' sounds like I was asking for a loan. We make our purchase decision talking all offers in account. I would have rejected a better offer for same product due to the Cashkaro benefit. Your company is making it out as if it is an extra profit for us but it is not so. There are numerous portals giving countless offers. What you did was breach of contract. If your dealings are all clean why don't you give reason for rejection. I am well aware of terms and conditions and for some earlier rejections I have given proofs that rejection were wrong. You had to agree that , that indeed was the case and yet nothing changed. As for your claim that you also do not earn on rejected claims , tell me how does that help me ? Even if I believe that there was nothing wrong done by you then the vary system followed by you where vendors have the choice to accept or reject the claim as per their whims,is horribly faulty and responsibility for that squarely lies with you.Read More

This response y India plaza is sham. There is no 'team India Plaza' Just a family of crooks who are running this scam. They just collect money and forget. If one really goes after them they refund money. As many get tired they keep running the scam.
