I have had the misfortune of choosing ventura1 for stock trading. For starters they have no knowledge of accounts. I have counted 5 different figures for my balance with them on same day at different pages on their site.
When I complained and talked to at least 4 people with increasing seniority none could even understand what I was trying to say. Did I mention that it took me 10 minutes with tel. operator to reach first person as she could not understand that I needed to talk to accounts dep.
