These are a frustrating lot. Their level of education / language and also approach is terrible. Once you pay you are done for. They simply have no sense as to how to respond to buyer.
I got a piece which is broken. I have written to them about 6 times and they simply do not reply. I will have to start calling but there also once you reach any department, moronity spills out.
