The High court of Govt of Karnataka has recently (Aug 09) issued an order stating that Block 'C' of Ittina Anu Apartment at Whitefield, is illegal. The builder advertised that he would provide amenities like children's play area, Coffee shop, shopping mall, etc. Instead he constructed an office co...mplex in this space, that is Block 'C', and he let his son run an animation studio. I hope to see unscrupulous builders like Ittina, punished and heavily penalised for being too brazen on violating law, rules and regulations.Read More
