Some of us filed police complaint and took the police to our apartments to show the condition of the ’’World Class Living Space’’. We also initiated a consumer court case. Their office is located in ’’Cauvery Bhavan’’ near the Majestic area. You can do the same, lest you need the majority to support... you (which would never happen). Get all the faults fixed in your apartment before you take possession and at all costs avoid these people at the CFU office - Binu George, Srinivas, Madhu Mitra and Sharmila. Keppel Purvankara (Elita) are cheats!! My apartment has been delayed for 2 years and I am running after them for 6 months now. They give you REALLY bad quality and frustrate you with their lies. Their customer service is horrible. Don't fall for these losers - you'll regret it!!

Thanks Akshay for sharing your experience. I think anyone who is particular about their jewelry wouldn't want the stones to jitter around. Actually, it's not about the client being a perfectionist, but bad craftsmanship on Sri Krishna Chetty's part. What is interesting is to see 'Chetty and Sons' de...fend it.
