This book by Dr. Brian Weiss had a major impact on my understanding of life and spirituality. It also helped me understand life beyond life.
Dr. Weiss practices ''Regression Analysis', where he takes an individual to a state of deep sleep/meditation. From that state she/he develops an ability to interact with spiritual masters who helps us comprehend the purpose of life, the importance of love, etc.
This book has case studies of a lady who has deep psychological problems in her present life and she discovers thru Dr. Weiss that the problems have roots in her past lives. Dr. Weiss helps her re-visit her past lives and when she becomes aware of the reasons behind these problems, she is cured of them.
It's amazing to know that our friends and relatives whose soul has passed on to other world, can be our guides provided we tune-in to the subtle aspects of life.
'Regression Analysis' is becoming extremely popular all over the world and i've come across some well known practitioners in India too.
