Hi Kriti, I have already sent a mail to you, Mamta and Madan stating my complaint number. Till now, no one has attended the fault. The only benefit of sending the mail was someone called up and said that the fault will be attended by today 01 PM. And the time of writing this is 2:12 PM and no one ...has turned up still. Very true ! Even I bought a Su Kam and the battery went out. The dealer checked the battery and said it needs to be replaced by Su Kam. I have booked a complaint the first week of June 2012 and no one had even bothered to call me up. Every day I am hearing the same story from their customer care ''t...hat it will be attended by today or by tomorrow latest'' . One of the worst customer service !
