Very true, Service is pathetic. I got service only at the 8th month after purchase. Sales guy made false promise saying we would get every 3 months service. I strongly recommend PEOPLE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

i agree with you.. it uses cheap material. now it is selling under brand kelvinator ayoni. i was shocked to see the same design and model in other local brand. after reading all above positive reviews i went for it. product so far good.. will wait and watch, will update watsoever.
