I agree with you as i too went their but to me they never approached with any cancellation form or any other thing like that. However they do pretend as if by saying NO to them would mean that we have lost a big deal which will never came back to our life... This is their stupidity.. However o...ne of my friend has actually tried their package and he was very comfortable with this. He also went to abroad with his family as well.... so this seems there are all sort of people alone on this planet :)Read More

@chandru_112001 Try to pick the CAR with ODO>100. Chances are that your car might be a TD vehicle or being driven rashily to bring from Godown to Showroom.

@ greatsultan I don't think FE in petrol varients varies to very large extent in case of FIGO or RITZ... but certainly the ride quality in FIGO is much better than in RITZ... drive both the vehicles on very rough patchy and broken roads on speed of 60-75 and u will certainly feel the difference. ...This is the only reason for me to not choose RITZ coz on highway runs it's not an easy task to counter. The FE for FIGO (after driven to 4500Kms in 4 months) is as follows in city with 100% AC - 11-12.5 Highways 100%AC - 15 In City with 50% AC - 12.5-14 Highways with 50% AC - 17 In city NO AC - 17.5-18.8 highways NO AC - 19.5 I tried by keeping the colling of AC to lower rate and then manages 13.5 FE in city with 100% AC.Read More

@greatsultan: U could go for CNG @ any time but then your boot space be eaten up. U have to drive FIGO in respectable limits to get nice FE. Final decision be made wisely

@sunil: FE of 19.5 in FIGO is IMPOSSIBLE (read it clear and loud). Go for tank full to tank full method. Fill up ur tank and note the TRIP meter reading. Drive the CAR untill you get Low fuel indicator. Now again tank full the Car and note the exact KMS running. Add your KMs after hearing the low ...Fuel Warning. Now divide your running with the actual fuel top up . It's always >19.5 Read More

@anad: Congrats on your new CAR. This is indeed good (if one lives w/ it's pickup and mileage part). FE you get in city would be around 12 (max) and on highways around 15+ (max). Change gears @ nearly 2000 rpm and it doesn't bother you for pickup as well. Drive safely during initial 2500 Kms ...and the vehicle is there for you afterwards.Read More

@greatsultan: If u want best resale value then go for either MAruti or Figo-diesel. Figo diesel is also very impressive in driving as compared w/ it's petrol varient. i own Figo Petrol and cover 2800 Kms in a month and i am saying all this in my personal exp. FE for petrol is 10-11.5 in city w/ ...good driving skills. maximum in city u can avail is 12 and on highways it's 14-15 (all time A/C). Best buy is Zxi for both version/s. Sound quality of Ford is much better than Maruti stock stereos. The best part of Figo is ride handling (on both versions). Petrol is though slight slow in 2nd and 3rd but not with diesel. FORD cars are always driver pleasure to drive. Take your time, Take TD of both the cars on numerous times b4 making ur descn.Read More

@sawhneygaurav: The mileage purely depends upon the kind of traffic in which u drive. I mostly drive during early morning hours in delhi (Ring Road) and at regular evening times + weekend small trip. hence received this mileage. But in general 09:00AM-06:00 PM traffic, i got 11~11.5 as city mile...age.Read More

Hi Captain If i am correct then u r also member of team-bhp.. I had slight issue in my FIGO and this is regarding some suspected noise/ being hear in the car from front IP. It's annoyning @ times but still FORD has no answers to that. did u face any issues like that in your vehicle.

@Renu: The sound quality is simply good inside the cabin and sufficient @ volume 7 or 8. The amazing feature is that the volume gets automatically adjusted when you raises the speed of the vehicle and u could feel this as well. As such there is no direct provision being provided for connecting... USB directly onto music systems dash, but u can connect USB via USB cable (need to purchase sperately- 1100?- bucks from dealer). They connect the cable from behind the stero and reside in your glove box. So every time u requir USB, open the glove box, pliug in the USB and enjoy the songs. Please don't go for any Woofer installation in the car as it would VOID your warranty.Read More

@ aditya: for diesel it should between 15-17 in city and around 20-22 on highways (if driven =80Kmph). My 1.2 is now giving me 13.8 in city, so i am happy with that.

@ Renu: Ford is never meant for any fuel efficient car. Though i have my details of the FE (for 3 tank fulls in almost 3 wks) as 8.5 / 10.9 / 13.8 with Ac @ level 2-3 for 100% times. FE here entirely depends upon your driving styles.Shift gears @ appropriate RPM and drive always under 2000. an...d most importantly INDULGE INTO 5th GEAR ASAP. @ kothapavan: The only caution is to shift gears as stated earlier as well. @rajdme: Congrats for booking the Zxi (my first choice). It's better if u bought the car now and go for fog lamps @ later stage. This is my thinking as fog lamps(though looks trendy)is more usefull in winters.U can go for Fiesta lamps as well. Not much differrence b/w the two. Cost of fog lam...ps is approx 4-5.5K. Though after driving for last 12 days now, sometimes found the lights are not that strong as fiesta have. hence would go for some upgradation later on.Read More

@whenkii: If u like contempory styling and dashing looks, then go for BEAT. it would give u some additional features from FIGO like automatic Climate control and rear power windows w/ 60:40rear spilt seats. However just TD both the vehicles and sort your requirements. It would give you mileage of... around 14-15 initially as well. To me BEAT never appeals. @ wireikon: DTE never revals true reading and hence determining FE from this perspective is simple childish. Though the feature is there and all u can sya is 'Something is better than nothing'. @okok and all: if you are going for FIGO , then just go for it... but then never dreamt for FE. Ford cars are never meant for their FE. They are always fun to drive especially on Highways.Read More

Hi Kothapavan: Congrats on new Car. It's delight to have this Amrican beauty @ home. @ Cheekantu: There is no issues what so ever in the CAR as compared tio its dimensions. I myself is 6'2 and found no issues at all (neither in front nor at rear). Some elders though may find ingress and eagress a... bit difficult - but that too only in front (incase the front seats are completely pushed behind).Read More

Hi Aditya! Congrats on booking the FIGO. Yes it's VFM but the FE should be there in the range of 10-11.5 initially. It won't give u more than 12 in City(for Petrol). The pick up w/ AC is slight sluggish in 1st and 2nd (only u feel initially or when u have deflated tyres) but it's lot of fun on...ce u reach 2000 rpm mark. My advice would be to shift gears around 1800 rpm and drove your vehicle between 1500 to 2000 rpm (max) for the initial 2500 KMs. I am currently driving 1.2 TITANIUM. Hence advices your all the above based on my experience so far. HAPPY MOTORING... :)Read More
