I would thank mouthshut for furnishing a chance to write a review. Within a couple of hours after posting the review on mouthshut, the Croma and VG service members got active and started inundating me with calls. The only thing, during these calls, that had been encouraging was that the engineer fin...ally turned up and demonstrated the product. As I thought the matter has culminated though with a lot of hassles, a person from Chroma Wanowrie ringed in and started purveying excuses to save his hide from what had been mentioned on my original mouthshut review, ending up blaming me for expecting a demo of the product sold. By the way, a great damage control exercise from Croma. My explanation to the Croma gentleman was that if he never intended to dispense the demo then where in the world from did the VG service officials got my number? Moreover, why were they pestering me about the television repetitively? Would I be blamed for this as well? Also, would you mind explaining me how come the engineer dropped in only after posting the review on mouthshut and not at the time when officials from both companies promised? Simply putting blame on me would not change the truth. All I have to state finally is that when all hell breaks loose, some people run and others stay to face it. What kind of Croma and VG service employees are these if they want to run away from the situation? Simple solution is accept mistakes and move on. But since this is contrary to this case, despite the completion of the demo the overall taste with chroma and its partners has definitely been very bitter. So thanks, but no thanks.No chroma in the future for me. I am not surprised on the Kent's poor response regardless of the quality of its product. I have faced similar problem in the past, though with a different Kent model. The real problem arises at the time when servicing is required for the product. What is more surprising is that despite listing detai...ls of Kent employees on your complaint, none of them have bothered to contact you yet. A real bummer.Read More

Well, I faced a similar problem. The solution I thought was simple: disconnect the airtel services. However, even after repeated instructions to the airtel customer service clowns, my services have not been cancelled. In fact, I have been called multiple number of times by different boorish airtel e...xecutives stating that the number is going to be rescinded in a week's time. Having said that, even after three months, my airtel number is active and billed. I am contemplating of initiating legal action against such unethical practice.Read More

Well said, however, before making my mind for purchasing from the Flop cart, I definitely would prefer Amazon or any other reputed online store. Even if I have to secure any merchandise from the foppish cart, I will prefer items of low value rather than expensive ones. The reply provided by the customer care representative is very boorish. The flopper ought to replace your sandals without causing any hassles to you as they botched up in the size. The clumsiness displayed by them is a demonstration of the illiteracy on the part of Flop cart owners.

I would prefer fraud-cart, though foppish cart is preferable too. Delay in informing about cancellation of a confirmed order indicates their system is outdated, and they are playing with the consumer sentiments.
