Very professional approach from Snapdeal. They called me up, apologized and provided full refund for the mistake happened. Seeing this response, I;ve ordered the same product again, now that it is back in stock. Will update once I have the product delivered. Waiting with crossed fingers :)

I have registered a complaint with snap deal regarding this. Complaint reference numbers are 358229 & 358218. I am not sure if I can expect my hard earned money back from snap deal. Atleast one thing is for sure, none of my colleagues, relatives or friends are going to shop on this website ever.

The same happend to me. I bought a dettol no touch soap dispenser and they sent me normal soap dispenser. This is the first time I am getting cheated on an online purchase.
