9). I can assure you the stage 8 would never come, as they cannot send you official notice for recovery of instrument which is already recovered.
10) Ask your neighbour or friend in your area to ask Tikona sales executive to visit to his house for new connection. They will run and provide all serv...ices to catch a prey.
11) Once tikona executive comes dont let him go until he will not provide you the details of local area sales manager.
12) I feel pity on staff working in TIkona, they all are frustrated, cheated, less paid and badly treated by the company as well as by customers. But you have only option to track the person who collected your modem is some tikona official.
13) At last you are not alone in this world, who is cheated by Tikona, Fight back and be calm, dont use bad language on phone or email. Dont show you are disturbed or frustrated, even other person is provoking you. Take it as a challenge in your life. Maximum worst case scenario is to pay 1800/- that is all ? But is that easy ?. Tikona is making customers scare and collect money, that is their main business, dont fall in pray, no lawyer is having time to call individual and discuss issue and use bad language or get bad words from customer.
Make sure everyday on one social site you upload your issue until it is not solved.

Sorry to here about your experience with Tikona, But i tell you, you are not the only one, maximum Tikona consumer have similar experience with them.
1) There executive came to my house and removed my modem and took it with him without even informing. Luckily I am staying in Ap...artment so the log book and guard told me some one came from Tikona. I got his number from log book and ask him to return me back the modem or I will file a FIR of my modem is stolen and then police will check log and catch you. See if you also stay in an apartment and you can get details of the person who took your modem.
2) In case it is not officially send a mail to Tikona customer care that there executive have collected modem and refused to give you recovery receipt. (Dont worry this is the case of most of the customer).
3) Ask them to provide me the details of there area sales manager of your area and the agency details who collects modem.
4) Ask them if you would not provide the details this means company is doing the business of fraud of collecting modem and then harrasing customer for modem recovery.
5) In case you need my help or as a witness I am ready to help you as same has been done with me in past.
6) Try to buy an smart phone and all start recording all the incoming call, wait for Tikona that person who used bad language on phone.
7) Ask them to come to home to settle the things and then do a full video recording.
8). If nothing can be done then just wait for the official notice sent to you by REGISTERED POST. I m telling you here REGISTERED POST mean not through email or private courier.

Ask that lawyer which law college study he has done, he has to send notice and then file a case, not to file a case in 1 hour and then send notice. Ask him to send notice your lawyer will do the needful.

I was about to pay on-line for two pair of shoes because you save Rr 160 if if you pay on-line instead of cash on delivery.
Better be COD atleast in case of non delivery i dont have to follow them for refund.

Please don't influence people with wrong information. Tikona is worst service provider, they are just fraud and your statement that never been down in last 5-6 months is very fishy. Tikona people themselves says our tower shut down anytime of the day and frequency is quite high. They provide you te...chnician in 4 hours ? I bet you if you can register your complain online in 4 hours. First you would not get line free then ......
