Hey prithvipd, I believe Tikona doesn't care much to improve customer service standards. Tikona's customer service professionals are not trained to empathize and understand customers' issues, and accordingly provide a resolution at the earliest. They are least bothered to resolve issues on ASAP bas...is. Hey Ashwin, I ordered it on 8th Oct (wee hours on early Monday morning), and received on 10th Oct (Wednesday morning). Besides, I received order notifications texts on mobile, and I don't think any other company does that. Though Flipkart is amazingly quick, and don't require such notifications.
