Jet Inflight services used to be quite good - until they converted over 80% of the airline into their cheap version, Jet Konnect. Now, it is just terrible. The good news is that Etihad is likely to rejuvenate Kingfisher Airlines - that would be simply great. Its a joke to compare Jet service with Kingfisher's service - full service vs full service, or low cost vs low cost. KF service is at least 3x better and more friendly than that of Jet Airways. And, usually if you book online, KF is cheaper than Jet too. Too bad that Vijay Mallaya had to buy Decc...an at a stupid price and ruin India's best airline.Read More

This is now typical of Jet Airways now - they are abusing the customers, due the troubles of Kingfisher and Air India. I used to only fly KF for their full service flights - and their frequent flyer program is also awesome, as is their website. Boycotting Jet is the only solution - Indigo and... SpiceJet, at least, offers cheaper tickets than Jet, which is also now a cheap discount airline.Read More
