For all you people out there who have written bad about the frequent flyer program and service and incidents,
what airline do you like then. Jet airways is well priced unlike the European carriers and has better service than other international Indian carriers like air India and kingfisher.
I have traveled the JFK - BRU - MAA route over 25 times and I have nave had an incident. I have a gold rank in the jet privilege program and I have gotten a free seat once. Their airbus A330 were very good and they always gave assistance when needed.
