I would like to warn all potential customers about the behaviour of Acres Club management - seems like the club is struggling to keep running as the management tries to hang on to every single paisa they can, irrespective of whether the service is provided or not.
They do not reply to any emails or phone calls that you make, and they provide spurious, fraudulent documents to the credit card company to support their claims if you dispute the charges that they have made to your credit card.
If you are organising any event with them, please read all their documents with a magnifying glass, preferably with a lawyer present - as they have fine print saying that they can take your money irrespective of whether they have provided any service or not.
And, even when they do not have any signed contractual backing, they hang on to your money, if you have been foolish enough to pay them any advance.
I wonder if Sania Mirza is aware of the the type of organisation that she promotes? Not to mention Raj Singh Dungarpur. I guess they do not care for their names, since they are willing to associate with organisations that do not treat their customers/potential customers in a fair manner.Truly, caveat emptor. Consumer protection is an alien or dead concept in India.
