Bought one Aquasure Smart UV water purifier on 17th April 2012. The dealer in Nerul told me that the company will send the installation technician within 2 days. After 3 days, I checked with dealer, he said he has already logged the request, and asked me to check with the company directly. The company did not have any installation request logged, so I logged one providing all purchase details. Their technician contacted me after 2 days, took appointment, but did not turn up on given day. This cycle of taking appointment and not turning up repeated 7 times, each time the technician making some or other excuse of not finding time for installation.


Finally, it was installed, with very poor water flow, taking ~8 mins to fill one litre bottle, in spite of having good water pressure from the overhead water tank ~20 feet above. The plastic tray to hold bottle was arrived bent (convex), doesnt fit properly, and cannot hold a glass/bottle without additional support on sides. Further, the unit keeps dripping water even when turned off. Logged a service complaint. Their technician visited the next day, checked, however, did not have spares on day-1. He turned up next day and replaced carbon filter. It spew black water for some time, and flow became clear after some time. T he replacement filter was looking inferior quality (poor finishing, bad joints, different color/make, whereas the original looked a good finished product). The water dripping continued. The technician said they don't have spare Solenoid Valve (SV) available, and promised me to return back next week with spares!


The leakage problem remains unresolved. I regret de-installing my old Kenstar water purifier, which served us for last 7 years without trouble, however, it's plastic body turned yellow from white, and was not looking good in the renovated kitchen.
