Review On VK Builders, Bangalore

Recently I have purchased Flats from V K Builders, Avadi. During the Initial Discussion, Mr.Egambaram made number of promises. Nothing got fulfilled. Drain System is poor, facing continuously issues. Spent almost rs 50, 000 to rectify this.

He never attended the call & gave the worst service ever. Never go with this Builder. I had a very bitter Experience. Before selecting the apartment... do the things below...

1) To understand the quality of the construction from this Builder, better visit the site of Ashok Niranjan Nagar, Kamarajanagar, Govathanagiri, etc. ( Applicable for all Builders).

2) Get feedback from previous buyers.

3) Check the quality of the building with the help of other civil engineers.

4) Check the drain System (capacity of septic, method of sewage system etc).

4) Browse the review site to understand customer satisfactions.
