I had a very disappointing experience with Supertech The Romano. The brokers who facilitated my rental were misleading and did not disclose the actual condition of the flat or the building. The construction quality is below average, and the overall maintenance of the property leaves much to be desired.

The biggest concern, however, is the behavior of the security and maintenance office staff. Their attitude towards tenants is extremely unprofessional. They often impose arbitrary and non-existent rules just to harass residents. Basic courtesy and respect seem to be missing entirely from their conduct.

It’s unfortunate that such societies allow this kind of staff behavior to continue unchecked. There should be strict oversight and action taken to ensure that tenants are treated fairly and respectfully. I would not recommend this society to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free living.

Horrible service - looted our money - no reply no one answers our calls or even emails but to take money they used to harass us what do we do is there any solution now the situation is too bad that I just want my money back I don't care about the profit

If you buy property here then there is totally waste of money because no one to hear your problem and there is no solution for your money and problem

NEVER buy Supertech Flats or any commercial property.

Supertech Ecovillage products don't have OC NOC CC. They just take your money and stop responding to your mail / calls.

Supertech Romano has 17 towers and they have not given legal possession till date of single tower. This project started in 2012.

I have a flat in A3 tower and they have not given possession in 7 years. Bank is filing criminal case against me while supertech has to pay subvention EMI.

Never take loan from PNB. They are partnerwith Supertech. They gave money to supertech and now they are filing criminal case on buyers.
