They are a group of people who shall call you on false promises and price, don't know how they have started illegal construction of tower within the premises blocking another tower's light and air, work on that tower halted, don't be a fool to buy there anything

Very unplanned society one of the biggest risk entry and exit ramp intersection. Rooms are not designed well and rooms size is small.

Builder is a liar....don't do registry for sold flats....people have been waiting for so long.....so few guards in the society.....monkey and dog menace everywhere....not even lights in stairs!!!

It’s worst than a government office. For any small work at home you need to take approval which can take undefined time. Registry is still pending for most of residents so better talk to residents before going for it.

No proper distribution of space between towers.

Very small club house and charges are exhobirant

Illegal construction of new tower beyond original plan causing obstruction to other towers.

Low grade guards and poor and unprofessional maintenance.

Very small play area and garden for society expecting 700+ capacity.
