No clarity, no commitment, nothing. You will find them only for demanding money without any explanation.

This CRM team is really . I don't have any adjective to represent this team. You will only face them once you fall in the trap. Before your first payment, everything will be different.


The entire CRM team is not competent enough and don't have any idea about how to behave with customers. Just sitting there to loot you. So be prepared to have some new experience.


In sector150 the best developers of India(Tata/Godrej/ATS.) has came out with their projects. You will have many other good options.

Think twice before going for this property. I have unimaginable experience with Samridhi Group for which still suffering.


Be cautious before fall in their trap by paying any token amount. Definitely, you are going to be cheated once you are in their trap.

And I see people posting samridhi avenue comments but that is a different property located in different area so dont get confused there.


We are hoping that by next 3 months some of the towers will be offered for possession and move in.
