Before making a decision, I decided to go through some reviews, where the first of many described major post-sales headaches. One recurring complaint is water leakage in the basement/parking area, making it slippery and unsafe, and the management allegedly hasn’t resolved it in years, so I'm sure that ain't going to change instantly. There are also frustrations with broken promises: customers claim communication drops after payment, and there is a general feeling that the operations and sales team of Rustomjee have poor coordination.

Rustomjee Reserve in Dahisar West comes across as a high-potential investment. The builder is well-known and trusted, and as per what I saw, the design feels upscale. And according to their own project page, the apartments are spacious and planned to maximize natural light and cross-ventilation. For families or investors looking for long-term value, this could be a very smart play because, in return, you’re getting quality, plus good connectivity and a growing micro-market.
