Living here is fine, but don’t expect calm or comfort during it. As the peak hours approach, the traffic and noise get heavy; narrow roads around the building add to the headache. Parking feels like a struggle as more residents get in more cars. Even the maintenance seems half-baked, and during the rains, the nearby roads get messy with potholes or waterlogging. Considering the age and build type, there’s a clear hit on comfort for the convenience factor.

What sold me on this was how close Triveni CHS is to the station and highway; just a short walk from the station, and you touch the highway. For daily commuting, it’s gold, and as a cooperative-style redevelopment project, it gives that exact sense of community and good old neighbourhood vibe that one will look for. If you’re not chasing luxe flats but want practicality, this is a decent bet with straightforward living, easy access to shops/transport, and a no-fuss home.
