They present a highly polished image, showcasing all the flashy features, yet the delivered product falls far short of the promises made. What is particularly concerning is that the entire team—spanning presales, sales, and CRM—is evidently trained to deliver blatant falsehoods without any sense of accountability. Additionally, the organization appears to rely heavily on part-time workers who quietly leave after a year or two, with no one taking responsibility for commitments made by their predecessors.

My strong dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience concerning the Porvasoukhyam site in Kayarambedu.

In late March 2025, I visited the site and finalized the price for 2 600 sq ft plots. I was informed that prices might change, and I requested to be informed of any changes or if another customer intended to book these plots, so I could pay the advance.

However, upon visiting the site again Today(just within 2 months later) to pay the advance, I found the price had increased significantly by RS 300 per sq ft. Furthermore, one of the plots I intented to book has been sold without any prior notification to me.

The service provided today was also extremely poor. This lack of communication, the drastic price increase without notice, and the poor service are highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I suspect their pricing is not transparent and varies depending on the customer, which I find concerning.

Very bad construction. House wall water is leaking. bath tub is not constructed properly. Worst people. Don't ever go for this buildersm I am spending another 2 lakhs to rebuild. They don't even help. They don't care . Within 7 years we are facing problems. We can't even live there. Don't buy from them. All are fraud people from to to bottom. Be aware

Puravankara is a famous construction company that I have heard a lot about. A few years back, I was looking for a flat in Bangalore and loved one of their new properties. The company was quick to respond to my questions, and their passion made me confident of the choice I was making. I can absolutely say they are the most professional people I have seen and I am completely satisfied with their services.

Shifting to a Purvankara complex has been like a dream come true. The truly open spaces, along with different amenities, was lacking where I used to live. Getting out of the central and congested area and shifting to this property fully surrounded by nature seemed impossible. But, I got a great price on an apartment and did not think twice before taking it. I love spending time at home and have made many new friends in the apartment complex. Whether it is relaxing in the pool after a long day at work or just hitting the gym, I am amazed at how well Puravankara properties are kept running. I feel I got one of the best deals of my life!

The best place in all of JP Nagar Bangalore, Coronation Square is absolutely amazing with facilities and security, I have never witnessed before. Indeed worth the money.

This decision is mostly taken based on investment in real estate. However, lately due to my father's choices and other decisions, we changed our mind and decided to go for an apartment in Purva Swanlake. The virtual tour was conducted well and we understood the esteemed luxury that this real estate developer will provide. The main part is that the residential complex is a stone's throw away from the major hotspots of the city. I have been in Chennai for the last 3 years working as an IT professional and thinking of settling here itself. The city has one vibe and pUrvankara maintains that in their residential projects as well.
