I invested in Global Techies Town(GTT) by GM Infinite, led by Gulam Mustafa, and it has been a disaster. The project has been delayed for over 12 years, and despite collecting almost the full payment from buyers of Towers A and C, the builder has neither handed over possession nor completed construction. Now, they’re shifting focus to Tower B bookings, trying to trap more people.

They’ve started rebranding the project as "100 Percent Life" and publishing big ads in newspapers like Times of India, claiming the project is completed. This is completely false. None of the towers have the Occupancy Certificate(OC) or Completion Certificate(CC), making them legally unsafe to live in.

The builder is also posting fake positive reviews online and threatening people who raise genuine complaints on YouTube or blogs. They even try to delete any content against them. Banks have blacklisted GM Infinite projects, so it’s unclear how they’re still trying to sell flats.

Many of us buyers are stuck paying EMIs and rent simultaneously, with no resolution in sight. Attempts to get refunds are met with threats and intimidation. The workers on-site haven’t been paid, and their protests have halted any progress.

I want to warn everyone: DO NOT trust GM Infinite or Gulam Mustafa. This is a clear scam. Stay away from their projects unless you want to end up in a similar situation. If you’re already a victim, join hands with other buyers to take legal action and raise awareness.

Let’s stop this fraud builder from ruining more lives.

I have been behind GM infinite to give the possession of the flat I booked in Tower C. I got the loan sanctioned. But before disbursal the bank is asking the builder to submit the NOC which the builder is failing to procure for more than 7 months(this ideally should not take more than 15 days). Now, I got to know that builder will not get the NOC as the construction loan they took has gone bad and anytime the lender can stop the construction of the property. Knowing this now, I am behind them to refund me the lakhs of rupees that I have paid them as token amount but none of the people whom I had dealt with earlier are neither responding to my calls nor text. It's a major red flag to consider if you are planning to buy a house in this project as I didn't find this information anywhere on internet. And yes, not to mention the obvious that the 5 star reviews definitely doesn't look genuine.

Note: There are still some reputed banks giving the loan to customers without bothering to verify the NOC from the builder. It might you big time in future. STAY AWAY.

GM Techie Town is very good project with offering best price and awysome luxury amenities and really interesting to book the flat,

One of the best project in electronic city and the construction quality is Excellent and affordable price and Biggest tower in electronic city. Amazing project and very good builder
