They may be good at providing the budget homes and in timely manner.

But the worst experience came when I was in desperate need of an original document which was with Builder.

For 2 weeks, the calls were answered and eventually I was told that the MD is in Kerela and I need to wait for 1 more month.

They were even not at all supportive to issue an NOC on company letter head.

The MD was active on Whatsapp and his mobile number was busy. But he would not respond to any of the Whatsapp messages or calls.

The employee "Kishore" would always keep on making excuses. Employee like him brings a bad name to whole company.

They mentioned 3 borewells functional. Only one is functional for 2 years now. This is just one problem. Windmill had issues in their previous project. And eco stp had its minor issues.

Builder says something while selling and gives false promises about aesthetics and deliverable. They never communicate within team and keep on harassing the customer for each and every thing. They just want to loot people.Honest employees have left the builder and dishonest people are harassing people and just pestering them to budge to their whims and fancies.

They draft new handbooks everyday as per their wish
