Horrible Experience and a Living Nightmare

Buying a home at Alliance Orchid Springs has been one of the worst decisions of my life. What was promised as a dream home has turned into a complete nightmare, one that I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy.

The maintenance charges here are absolutely ridiculous, almost triple the amount youd expect in a similar-sized property anywhere else. And for what? Poor service, inadequate facilities, and never-ending issues.

Most units suffer from serious seepage issues, even in newly constructed blocks. Water leaks, paint peeling, and damp walls are everyday problems here. Quality of construction is extremely poor despite the high price tag.

If youre planning to buy this property as an investmentdont. Property values have stagnated or fallen. Worse, reselling a flat here is almost impossiblenobody wants to buy in a community plagued with so many problems.

The on-ground customer support is shockingly unprofessional and outright rude. Instead of addressing concerns, they bully residents and avoid accountability at all costs.

The apartments here are priced at three times what they are worth. Theres nothing premium about the construction, facilities, or management, yet the builder continues to charge premium rates for substandard offerings.

This is perhaps the most alarming part. Homeowners who raise genuine concerns are threatened with legal notices and harassed into silence. Some residents have even received letters that can only be described as intimidation tactics, meant to destroy their lives if they don't "cooperate." Its unlike anything Ive seen in the real estate world, absolutely unethical and shocking.
