Noticed huge delays, compromise in quality, financial loss by investing in Adroit. Adroit's master plan is to milk money from the customers in the name of interest component without paying rental compensation. Customers who have already paid 100% money to Adroit are now threatened / black-mailed to pay interest otherwise apartment key will not be handed-over. You don't have to just read my review and take a decision, read reviews from other customers who actually purchased flat in Adroit District|S, Thazhambur site. Adroit Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd. is defined as "Mis-commitment, slipped timelines, mis-communication, devising new strategies to milk money from the customer".

All the projects seems good , Where lot of thought process went in to planning the product and also the quality is well maintained .I feel one of the trusted company in chennai market is Adroit

ADROIT DISTRICT S Miscommitment, Slow progress and No customer value.


We booked a Flat in Adroit District|S in Thalambur, Navalur(3 kms off OMR-Navalur junction) The project was started Jun -2013. Initially they told we will get possession by AUG-15. But till date(28-JUL-16) project is not completed and more work is pending. Before booking the apartment sales team will give more assurance after that they never keep their promises. We are facing so many issues to sorted out but it’s never resolved and no solution provided till now. The Biggest mistake i've done in my life is booking a flat in ADROIT. Always they said we are following the process which is purely not favorable for customers. All customer related benefits are only in papers not followed by the builders.


ADROIT ISSUES and CONCERNS


Fake Promise by management.


No Customer friendly / No respect on customers


Delay in progress.


No value for Money.(Quality not as expected)


What you seen from the model house is not what you will get.


Worst customer relationship.
