The apartments in this project are on the smaller side, which can feel cramped for families beyond 4 people. Given the carpet area, the price tag feels a little ambitious, too. The surrounding infrastructure still looks halfway done, so the modern city vibe will not sink in. Traffic outside during peak hours gets frustrating fast due to constant honking. It’s nice, but it demands some compromises for the cost.

It is closely connected to major roads and Mumbai's CR railway division, which makes daily commutes accessible and easy. The offered amenities, like a gym, garden area, and children’s zone, feel thoughtfully planned. The finishing quality also looks premium for the range it's offered at. For me, it’s a great pick if you want peace without moving too far from the city.
