I recently visited Sugee Sukrut to buy an apartment there as I heard a lot about its quality construction and spacious flats, and I was also searching for a spacious flat to live in. When I visited the property, I really liked the complex and the surroundings, but the flat carpet size was tiny, which I didn’t like. The broker told me it was a spacious one, so I asked him is this spacious? I really got angry because I travelled from Thane to Dadar to see this property, and this was the result. But I didn’t say anything. Though the apartment was small, we decided to buy it as it was in a good complex and the surroundings were also great. But the price was too high compared to other good builders' projects I've seen so far. So, finally, we decided to move to another property.

I recently visited Sugee Akanksha to view the apartment for sale. I liked everything about the apartment and the amenities, but the price was extremely high, beyond my budget, and another thing was the traffic. It took more than half an hour for me to reach out, and I was stuck in the area. When I inquired about the traffic situation, the local people said it's very common, and almost every day it’s the same huge traffic. Therefore, it became my cause of concern, as my office is far away. And I can’t tolerate the terrible traffic daily.

I recently visited the apartment for sale in Sugee Subhada, which is well-constructed and offers great amenities, but the parking I found was insufficient. I considered buying it because everything is good, but when I found out the price, I couldn’t justify it, as it was higher than the average per-square-foot price in Dadar West. I didn’t like it and decided to leave the property. I would say that the builders should focus on the apartment prices to make it more affordable for people to buy.

I have lived in Sugee Parimal in Dadar for almost six months and loved the living experience. The complex offers a wide range of amenities for a comfortable, luxurious lifestyle, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, indoor games, landscaped garden, and play area for children. Everything was good, but I left the place because of the high charges. The property price and the rent are both costly. I won’t recommend living in this complex either for buying or renting, as many other good options are available in the area, which are not that fancy, offering features like Sugee, but you can live there.

Sugee Atharva is a great complex offering all the necessary lifestyle amenities, including 24/7 security, a kids’ play area, and a swimming pool. But still, I didn’t make my decision to shift there because of the worst traffic conditions. I have always faced huge traffic on the main road while travelling in that area. It is not a suitable place for me because my work is remote and I need to travel a lot. Apart from traffic, everything else, like the surrounding areas, the apartment, and the living facilities, is great. You can consider buying or renting if traffic isn’t an issue for you.

I always love living spaces with strong connectivity because I need to travel a lot, and good connectivity makes it easier. I recently visited Sugee Sukrut to rent a flat there and really loved the property. The flats were good and spacious, and the area is well-connected to the major parts of the city. What else could I wait for? I just talked to the owner and finalised the flat, living here, having no connectivity issues. Although the rent is a bit high, I ignored it because the complex and the apartment are both great. Also, there are no waterlogging issues in the monsoon and occasional power cuts. So you can live stress-free.

Sugee Parimal in Dadar is a well-living residential complex that offers high-quality construction and modern amenities, including a clubhouse, a gym, and a swimming pool. The apartments are very spacious and well-built. It features high-quality fittings and fixtures, large balconies, vastu-compliant amenities, and an emphasis on natural light and open space, with a wide range of amenities for a comfortable, luxurious lifestyle, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, indoor games, landscaped garden, and play area for children. I have shifted there on rent, but I’m really loving it.

Sugee Atharva is one of the great residential complexes available in Prabhadevi. I often visit Sugee Atharva as my friend lives there. He has recently shifted there, and I always go to meet him, so I know the property very well. The complex is well-constructed, and the apartments are not very spacious. But good, offering amenities such as 24/7 security, a kids’ play area, swimming pool, and other sports and lifestyle facilities. It provides good access to Dadar, Worli, Lower Parel, and Siddhivinayak. I recommend this complex, which is worth visiting for either rent or purchase.

Sugee Subhada in Dadar is one of the premier residential complexes that offers high-quality residential apartments, providing high-quality lifestyle amenities such as a gym, a children’s play area, and a garden, which refreshes and creates a stress-free environment when you’re tired from your routine life. I would highly praise the architecture of the complex with modern aesthetics, faceted balconies providing sea link view, and privacy due to having only two residents per floor, a feature that is not easily found in other residential complexes. Additionally, it is situated in a prime location, offering easy access to all the major areas of the city. Overall, I loved the place and highly recommend it.

Sugee Akansha is one of the most well-constructed residential complexes that offers high-class lifestyle amenities, including a 24/7 security system, a landscaped garden, a children’s play area, a gym with sea view, a clubhouse, and a seven-eleven car parking structure, which make living fun and easy. I have recently moved there and found it a really great place to live; all the major areas of the city are easily accessible. I’m enjoying living in the place and would love to recommend it to those looking for property to purchase or rent in Dadar.

Maine Sugee Om Sat project ka visit kiya tha aur mixed feelings lekar wapas aaya. Location Dadar East mein hone ke kaaran kaafi prime hai, lekin project ki overall quality aur service expected level tak nahi hai.

? Pros:

Location achhi hai, station aur market nearby hai.

Ready to move status hai, toh wait nahi karna padta possession ke liye.

1BHK aur 2BHK options available hain, starting from ₹; 1.48 Cr, jo Dadar ke hisab se okay pricing hai.

? Cons:

Project ki rating sirf 2.4 hai ( 32 reviews ke basis par) , jo customer satisfaction ko reflect karta hai.

Build quality aur maintenance average lagti hai.

Carpet area kaafi kam hai – 1BHK sirf 305 sq ft aur 2BHK 512 sq ft mein cramped feel ho sakta hai.

46% like ratio hai, matlab aadhe se kam log satisfied hain.

Since the time I moved into this housing complex, I have had major issues with the staff and the management of Sugee Group. They have a very laid-back attitude and do not treat their residents with respect. Very disappointing to see that people here do not care about anything since residents are the ones who have paid so much money and purchased the flats here! Sugee Group is just looting people and they should be avoided when it comes to real estate properties.

Since my parents are old, I wanted them to live in a spacious and comfortable housing complex. Sugee Group at first looked very promising and nice. But as soon as we moved into the house we purchased, major issues started to build. The lift in this building is always having problems and the maintenance people do nothing to fix it! It's very disappointing to see how bad things are and even the management here is the worst.

Sugee Group only looks good from the outside but the reality is the complete opposite. They will lie to you about their projects at the start in order for you to book a house. They did the same with me and after all the process was done, their team started to ignore my concerns and requirements. I highly suggest everyone not associate with this builder as they are cheaters. Also, their housing projects are really bad. So definitely not a good place to buy a new house.

Do not believe Sugee Group for their promises as they are just scamming people. The housing complex that I am living in is the worst. There is a water shortage on a regular basis, the surrounding is always dirty and no one bothers to even clean it. Even the staff working here are very lazy and will never listen to your concerns. Worst decision of buying a house here.

The car parking space allotted for my apartment is very small and at the time of booking the house, I had specifically mentioned that I will be needing a bigger space. I had even paid extra for the car space and now the management is not helping in resolving this issue. They have just been avoiding my concern and this is very upsetting to see how they treat their residents.

I had such high hopes for Sugee Group to deliver a good living space for me and my family. I am really disappointed with the outcome of the entire housing complex. My house has major leakage issues due to which the walls are soaked with water. This is also peeling the paint off and even after several complaints, the management is not bothered to fix things in my house. My family and I are very frustrated with this and we urge homebuyers not to associate with Sugee Group.
