Since the time I moved into this housing complex, I have had major issues with the staff and the management of Sugee Group. They have a very laid-back attitude and do not treat their residents with respect. Very disappointing to see that people here do not care about anything since residents are the ones who have paid so much money and purchased the flats here! Sugee Group is just looting people and they should be avoided when it comes to real estate properties.

Definitely not a good place to buy a new house.

Sugee Group only looks good from the outside but the reality is the complete opposite. They will lie to you about their projects at the start in order for you to book a house. They did the same with me and after all the process was done, their team started to ignore my concerns and requirements. I highly suggest everyone not associate with this builder as they are cheaters. Also, their housing projects are really bad. So definitely not a good place to buy a new house.

My wife and I were looking for a home that gives a homely feel and is in good location with essential shops and offers conveniences. We saw a few projects and really found the homely feel and ambiances at Govind Sadan.
