Wow! I just want to share my experiences at sizzle properties. At first you would be impressed with the sizzle properties. I invested my money on buy house with sizzle properties. I brought 2BHK house on 30*40 dimension for 35 lakhs just 2 years back ago. Everyone at home is jubilant with how things went with Sizzle Properties. We've got everything out here.

This place is genuinely great. I strongly recommend all of you to buy from them. They started off as a small company and are now developing plenty of layouts surrounding Bangalore. Their team is young and dynamic and would support you at all times.

I have been searching since last 6 months to invest on plots in my budget with high prospect. I visited Sizzle Properties who are developing project which is in Malur called Atlantis. Their project conceptions are fresh, innovative.

They are developing layouts like so smooth which was making it arduous to believe on how a developer got transformed from average quality to best quality which I could not even compare with the other local developers in the surrounding. As conventional a customer never gets gratified irrespective of the value so I could not,  but when I compared the value vs price between them and other builders/developers, I got myself rectified.

I am really ecstatic to invest in Atlantis project because circumvented area is well developing  by full of industrial SEZ, 6 line Chennai-Bangalore expressway, and industrial outer ring roads. The sales executive answered all queries to my contentment. I hope they will keep all promises which are being promised for Atlantis and entire transaction will go very smoothly. I am doing little bit more research before I book it, but I am sure that the prices may go up further.

Sizzle Properties is genuinely one the best brand where they take things very professionally & keep the transparency throughout. I wanted to share my experience after visiting sizzle properties projects near Chikka Tirupathi(off. Whitefield).

They are developing Very good & affordable layouts and they are providing all basic amenities. It's quite accessible to Hospitals, schools, college, offices and weekend hang outs. They have approved gated community projects at a lower price range compared to other projects in the vicinity. I'm looking forward for a good deal. Sizzle properties executive was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information which I required. I checked with my other friends who also have booked with Sizzle Maybelle.

I am owner of one of their Layout( Plot:16): Orchid Layout @Malur. I know them since couple of years and during my experience with Developer and their team I found that they are genuine and honest with Profession and creating a good Brand name in real state community.I have dealt with Puneet and found that entire team has good spirit and follow SLA, Though in mine case Khata transfer took longer time but I understand dealing with government buddy has always difficult.

But I appreciate their time to time update on khata transfer status and smooth Transaction during loan made me confident that I have found the real guy.

Honestly their cost in market in too cheap compare to their neighborhood properties and that made me slightly suspicious and I took legal advice and guess what all paper and transaction was perfectly updated.

My advice to Buyers: you can rely on Sizzle Properties and you will get best option in market but do legal opinion always(as a thumb rule), even though team has good reputation and definitely they will help in every stage but it's my suggestion.
