I visited Sanghvi Horizon today, and from what I saw, I'm unimpressed. The building quality seems average, and a few walls have already started showing signs of dampness. The common areas seem smaller than those in advertisements, and the amenities, too, are limited. The location, though peaceful, is not very convenient for the regular commuter. For the price they’re asking, I expected more polish and better after-sales service.

I bought a 2BHK at Sanghvi Horizon when the bookings began, and till now it's been a decent experience so far. The project offers a calm suburban vibe that’s great for families who prefer quieter surroundings. The apartments are compact but well-designed, and monthly maintenance has been manageable. The developer also delivered possession close to schedule, which is rare with realtors these days. For Borivali East, it’s one of the better options if you want comfort without overspending.
