Hi, I recently bought a duplex flat at Suraksha golden plams with Sai Associates, It's really good. Thanks to Sai properties. and I am glad I did with these builders. Prior to my purchase, we checked various builders and various areas in Bangalore some were very good but there was always an issue with the rates. They helped to me for taking Housing Loan. Good Quality of construction.I took slight interior modification also, was taken care very efficiently.

Hi, I recently bought a duplex flat at Sai Sunshine with Sai Associates, and I am glad I did with these builders. Prior to my purchase, we checked various builders and various areas in Bangalore some were very good but there was always an issue with the rates. I think it was only with Sai Associates, that we got not just good value for money but great looking house specific to our requirements. I would definitely recommend without any doubt to anyone seeking good, quality, assurance and value for money housing properties.

Quality of the building is an important factor in building in which any one can be impressed to buy the home. It was the same thing with me also.

In January 2013 I got our home which I booked in 2010 in the project of Sai Associates builder. They made me feel I was one their privileged customers of this builder. About 2-3 years back I came to know from one of my friend about Sai Associates. I got all the information like about their quality of construction, cost of the flat, and about the documentation process. My friend had already bought a 2 BHK flat with this builder. After getting all these things we both came to their office and we met their sales manager Mr. Ashutosh, who gave us the information about many projects in which construction was going on and were in the stage of completion.

I chose Kundanahalli project which was a nearby location as well as less cost price. The total cost of the flat was 26 lacks which was really good. After all these processes we got our flat in January 2013 and have all the word class of amenities with the best quality.

They are a bunch of irresponsible team who just sell the apartments to customers and forget them. It's annoying the way they speak to you after you have purchased the flats from them. Initially they market themselves as time and quality bound.... they are the worst to deal with .. especially few guys you would want to avoid - Sanjay who is the managing director/ Rama murthy.

Except for Chandru who talks to you honestly. Hope you are benefited with this feedback... Please please avoid these guys.

People beware while dealing with this company. Their name "sai" is just a front to dupe you.
