After full and final paymentthey asked for 15 days for possessionand date was finalizedon 31stmay as v were not availableit was on 1st of june and when v went for possessionno one was availableas being sunday receptionist informed us but mr aditya our crm didn'teven bother to informusapart from knowing me and my brotherboth senior with lots of Health issueshe has to travel from mulund everytimenor informednor lifting phone but today v got 1 sets of keys to do vastu puja which was scheduledfor 4th and then v postponedon 6 thso go throughphotos of flat given bye runwal thanks if u have free fund and timepass buy flat here

This is about Runwal Garden Dombivli, I got possession of my flat T16-1105 after multiple follow up , and in a very bad condition, no proper work was done with , carpenter, plumbing Every thing was bad , worst CRM , response, no one will call you back even you raise complain ,

I was planning to visit runwal gardens but because of this corona virus and lock down I was not able to visit there but the sales team arranged an online meeting and they showed me the whole plan and structure of this project virtually and ohh god I really fell for this project and immediately decided to book a apartment here

It's been 3 years i'm working in navi mumbai, I always had a dream to buy flat in mumbai or nearby location after saving my hard earn money for a years i'm finally able to buy a home for my family. while I was searching flats near airoli, kalyan. one of my friend told me about runwal gardens in dombivli and I contacted them to schedule a site visit after visiting runwal gardens I fell for this township but was worried but runwal's sales team showed me the whole legal papers and documents, so without any worries I finalized to book a flat in runwal gardens. the whole township project is great.
