This is regarding Runwal Garden, Dombivli. I recently received possession of my flat(T16-1105) after multiple follow-ups, but unfortunately, the finishing and overall condition were not as expected. There were issues with carpentry and plumbing, and the response from the CRM team has been slower than anticipated, even after raising complaints.
Im hopeful the team will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly to improve the overall customer experience.
