Be aware:-

1. They Will Run you for smaller smaller things that will ruin your personal life.

2. Seek Personal Reference from Friend or Builder( Better option to avoid this agents)

3. Get all assurances / their statements in black and white because after your transaction they change their statement with everybody, give False Promises & later say Developer rejected that amenity and then they start the war between customer and builder( Target people is IT)

4. there are only a few flats are left so buy it now, This type of fake hype is created by golden abodes to hide the facts and reality of projects to push sales.

5. Amit named Guy was talking so rudely with my hubby

6. it’s humble request don’t deal with such cheap agents.

Project amenities are good but water supply is a concern. Tanker water supply that too I have to depend on the builder for it. No borewell water facility provided by the builder for my building as yet. All said and done, not satisfied with water supply provided by the Builder in Kalpataru Serenity Manjari Pune.

Hello friends,I have experienced this company by providing a good interference with the people and I Bought a flat in this venture.coming to the area it is ensured with 70,000 square feet having the common wall with two level parking. This venture is started in 15 Acres land including all the facilities like swimming pool and shopping malls .it should be designed with great facilities to every individual and having good maintenance facilities. people who are living in pune should take this flat because it will fulfills our dreams regarding our home.

Customer service - Good service to show all the ventures and perfect in the legal authorities.

Staff Courtesy - well planned and well defined support given by them.

Product implementation rates - a very good option to get flat in 50 lakhs.

CUSTOMERS BE VERY MUCH CAREFUL WHILE BOOKING FLATS IN EDEN ELEMENTS, KOLKATA.

ALL Saleable areas they are showing are totally wrong. They are just making innocent customers fool with their colorful brochures.

All flat area that they are selling are totally wrong and abnormally increased.

Service too slow.

Persons dealing with customers does not have basic knowledge about a building construction.

Poor workmanship.

Poor management.

Project are delayed by 3-4  month. The developer has not followed the dates given on Agreement Paper. This is bad especially to those who are planning to stay at Erica Homes. There is no compensation for delayed possession, even though it is mentioned in the agreement. The quality of construction is not upto mark. The waterproofing is done very badly.

The official Brochures contain many promises and features. In reality there is lot of discrepancies.

Sale person behavior is worst.  Think twice before investing  hard earned money  in this project. Worst experience.

Possession date was Apr 16 but project still under construction and will take 3-4 more months to complete.

We recently worked with the company for lead generation activity in Digital process. It was very bad experience working with this company. The manager who is a contact person for us has lied all the way, we have lost 1 lac money working with this company.

None of the employees in this company won't responsible for the mail, we have dropped the plenty of emails, even though no one has responded. Employees will not respond for the know numbers.

Whoever working with this company for the business, kindly be careful. Digitally I would like to share my experience and make others note about the company.

While realtors in Pune have been putting up a brave front that they have managed to buck the downturn and hold the price-line in the city, analysts give a completely different picture, where property buyers have not only gone cold on the market but are also vigorously negotiating to beat down the price.

The festive season has brought no cheer and finally the realtors are also coming to terms with the ground reality.

However, the clients are seeking fairly high discounts, informed Deepak Kumar Garodia of a prominent Delhi-based realty research company. “The bookings this festive season are negligible as compared to last year, ” he added.

A property agent who operates in the Wakad market, Srikant Waggu, director Mistgain Properties, elaborated, “The demand this season has been almost nil in the northern and southern parts of the city."

Even the eastern and western parts, which are prime developing localities we are seeing indications of imminent price correction to the tune of 15 per cent.”

To anyone planning to purchase a property which is under construction by the builder - Bhujbal Brothers beware !!!!

The builder starts multiple projects but does not complete any one project on time. Always extends the project completion and possession date without any intimation to the flat owners.

This results in un-certainity on what is really happening at the project site. The builder himself keeps telling lies on the completion of the project. Keeps issuing a demand letter stating that x% of the flat is done please release the balance Rs.y amount for completion of  z stage.

But in reality he uses the amount for starting another construction in some other part of Pune.

Do be careful to purchase flat from the builder who is called "Bhujbal Brothers Pvt. Ltd" having his main office in Kothrud.
