Delayed Communication and False Possession Date

To anyone planning to purchase a property which is under construction by the builder - Bhujbal Brothers beware !!!!

The builder starts multiple projects but does not complete any one project on time. Always extends the project completion and possession date without any intimation to the flat owners.

This results in un-certainity on what is really happening at the project site. The builder himself keeps telling lies on the completion of the project. Keeps issuing a demand letter stating that x% of the flat is done please release the balance Rs.y amount for completion of  z stage.

But in reality he uses the amount for starting another construction in some other part of Pune.

Do be careful to purchase flat from the builder who is called "Bhujbal Brothers Pvt. Ltd" having his main office in Kothrud.
