I recently went to visit the resale property in the Raheja Serenity. The complex was huge, and people were looking friendly, so I thought of seeing the property, but all my excitement got over as I viewed the flat, it was so tiny very little carpet area, which I didn’t expect and when I checked the final price and maintenance cost, it was too high too pay compared to other properties available in the area. I changed my mind and decided to view more properties. I won’t recommend this property to anyone, especially those looking for big, spacious flats.

The only flip side of living here is the cost. Maintenance charges are on the higher side, and that’s something you feel pressing you down month after month. Some apartments lack balconies, which can be a letdown at the price point you're purchasing those units at. Also, step outside during peak hours, and Chembur traffic reminds you this is still Mumbai; so, no escaping that.

Raheja Serenity in Kandivali is one of the great residential properties. I have been living here for almost one year, and then moved to Chembur due to a job change. But I would love to share my review with you all. The complex's build quality is very strong, and flats are very spacious. The location is excellent, offering a great commute to all the major areas of the city. The residents are also very helpful and cooperative. It was fun living here, but I would love to recommend this property to those seeking a good living space with family.

Staring out into the verdant gardens, soothing site & clear sky is what I am enthusiastic about! My happiness has no bounds when I made a final deal for my villa at Viva, Pune. Seriously an enchanting property! Yes, luxurious amenities have their own benefits but the view and serenity served by these spacious homes have no comparison at all.
