They will talk sweetly to take order, verify the price in the market . I was about to loose huge money beleiving their price as per market. However when I cancelled the plot they are not responding.

. After cancel, still the money is not returned back.

Now they donnt pick up call.

I have booked a plot in sriperambattur developed by

Propshell business solutions pvt. Ltd, chennai, at the request of Mr. Umasankar(Director). Since the project was delayed I cancelled and they agreed to return me the advance.

After vigorous follow up I got 75% of the advance which was paid in December 2013.

Wherever I call Mr. Umasankar he never takes the phone and I found these people are highly unreliable.

Be careful in dealing with this company Propshell.

Umasankar will talk to you very sweetly to get order, but if have to get anything from him he will just ignore you.

I am so fed up with them and hence posting this complaint to help others as a warning.
