Counting myself as a potential resident, I found that the biggest red flag is the lack of genuine user reviews over review platforms; as of now, there are zero verified user reviews for Pride Panorama. That absence alone makes it hard to judge real-life issues like construction quality, maintenance, community vibes, and possession promise.

It's a 5-wing, 12-storey structure, and with modern design, it makes it very appealing for long-term capital appreciation once construction finishes.
