I bought this flat thinking that it's a good quality. But, after residing in it, came to know that we can't even fix water filter to the wall. I have changed many carpenters to fix it, but everyone said the same, walls are not supporting the drill. Whenever you drill, there will be a patch coming out, not strong at all. Funny thing is, even the window roller fell down today. Even if you close all windows, cold comes inside through walls.

I have booked a flat in one of their upcoming project.

The sales team was very smooth and managed to get the sale. But thereafter, I started receiving communications only regarding payment and for even returning the signed agreement I had to call some 100 times and no response. I had to call the sales team to coordinate returning

Thereafter when I got a

Sudden intimated for about 50% of payment which was not mentioned earlier and tried to explain, a crm by name Ashwini had the cheek to boss over and talk about my attitude.

It’s a complete disappointment. Me also being a Banker, never come across such arrogant crm

Since the demonetization moment, it has become very difficult for the real estate sector to grow as the transactions have all been put on a brake. The use of cash in transactions has become terribly difficult due to the limitations on a daily basis to perform transactions.

By showing attractive opportunities that the buyers are mostly on the verge of loosing out, many of the developers have started asking the buyers to make a good amount of payment well in advance thereby creating emergency in the buyers.

The place is very noisy because there is a marriage hall nearby and it is on the main road as well, so there is constant noise and it becomes difficult to sleep at night.

The current area is not so safe for the people due to past crime records and this has been seen as a concern added up to the safety of the people living in the areas. There is poor gated security to add on to that. Hence the need of security for the gated services that can effectively monitor the people incoming and outgoing is needed.

I am own a flat in Prestige Temple Bells and have had bad experience in every aspect of my association starting from Construction to services. The thickness of the plastering is so sad that premium interior decorator services had to struggle while performing interior work with most sophisticated equipment.

The quality of tiles and fixtures in Bathroom and Kitchen in pathetic.

If any one intending to buy a flat in PTB, please avoid.

Many of the developers instead of scotching for projects that lie in the lower budget brackets are now on the search of increasing their expansion on the properties that are already existing instead of initiating re-development of low cost houses. This needs to improve at a major scale.

This place has a very bad car lift and there have been multiple instances when there have been huge nuisances because of the bad car lift.

Road services are not paid heed to in terms of regular maintenance or timely repair leading to the formation of potholes which are not catered to in terms of maintenance and services that should be undertaken such that the buyers will have easy time while travelling.

There are many cases where the buyer is very reluctant to bear Registration charges like stamp duty, service tax in cases where it is slightly increased. It is in such cases that the buyer then looks out to scorch more offers from other sellers.

This place is right near the railway station and we can hear a lot of noise at this place. It becomes difficult to sleep at night because of this reason.

I was staying in Prestige, Iyyappanthangal for 6 months. Initially we felt the place is very nice and secure, but slowly came across with many problems that people should know and no one can imagine in one or two visit. Main problem is water supply. Most of the time we used to get muddy water, that can't be used for washing clothes also. We implemented water filter in toilets. Parking space is a small garbage area for all, and top of that 24 hours water leakage problem is present. Same for staircase, no one can use the steps I challenge. Termites problem found in many flats but luckily we did not experience that.

The house owners use to deduct huge part of the security deposit at the end of agreement for painting. This is the trend of prestige owner. Our flat was in tower 20A, 20114.

Before taking the flat as rent one should go through the agreement copy very carefully.

The security deposit should be consumed at the last few months of agreement.

One last point may be not that important, that is the swimming pool was very very poorly maintained. Road outside prestige has no pavement, you cannot walk with your kids, as traffic is that risky.

South facing falta are good in terms of ventilation.

Think thousand times before you take it as rental accommodation and 10 thousand times before you buy it.

I have booked 2bhk in PLH and paid off about 95% of the cost. Handing over as per mutually executed agreement is June 19.

Now they don't even care about my mails or calls.

I visited the flat today and alas!

The condition of the flat is worse than at the time I booked in Jan 19.

They have not even moved a single brick since then.

The response from CRN Prestige is irritatingly indifferent.

I want to escalate my issues to higher levels and warn all not to fall in prey to the prestige name.

The house looks so beautiful.Has 2BHk room and bathroom has wonderful showers and the have good scenery from the top of the house.I wondered that they gave such a wonderful house in this adorable price.i love it.Thank you for such a beautiful house.The garden around the house is just superb and perfect.Perfect ideas and creative house.

It has been seen that there are a very few current inventory takers of the unsold houses in the premium sector as there has been accumulated current inventory that has led to the developers to not even think of launching new projects.
