I recently visited Poonam Imperial in Vasai, and the property was good, the building was well-constructed, and the apartments were spacious. They were offering great lifestyle amenities like a well-equipped gym, kids’ play area, ample parking, and a clubhouse, which I liked so much. Overall, everything, including the neighbourhood, was great, but I didn’t book the flat there due to the high property rates and maintenance charges. Both were high compared to other properties in the area and out of my budget. So, I left it, but if you can afford it, definitely visit, as aside from pricing, everything is great.

I recently visited Poonam Imperia to visit a property, as I was planning to move to Vasai. The property was excellent, offering all the lifestyle amenities, including a kids’ play area, ample parking and a clubhouse. The one thing which really impressed me was its security system. CCTV cameras are installed in all major regions, providing excellent security to the residents. Additionally, I observed that not only the complex but also the surroundings are great, offering fantastic amenities, including schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. Overall, I liked the property and will soon buy it as my loan has been sanctioned.
