Very High Cost, Not Worth!

I recently visited Poonam Imperial in Vasai, and the property was good, the building was well-constructed, and the apartments were spacious. They were offering great lifestyle amenities like a well-equipped gym, kids’ play area, ample parking, and a clubhouse, which I liked so much. Overall, everything, including the neighbourhood, was great, but I didn’t book the flat there due to the high property rates and maintenance charges. Both were high compared to other properties in the area and out of my budget. So, I left it, but if you can afford it, definitely visit, as aside from pricing, everything is great.
