Paras Builders have constructewd Paras Mane Apt in Valagarahalli , Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalore. It is a 200 apartment complex. It is , in the words of Mr Madan Mohan Reddy, His DREAM PROJECT.

However , for the last 4 years , he has not made available the BWSSB connection and water connection. He is avoiding the responsibility at the cost of the apartment owners. He has also not handed over any papers to the Association. I think this amounts to CHEATING the apartment Owners. Buyers in his future projects need to be careful.
