Look, Oberoi Gardens is nice, but it isn’t flawless. For the price you're bound to pay here, some basics could be done in a much better way. Public transport access isn’t great, and that walk to the railway station or auto stand tends to get on your nerves. And if it rains, the outside roads are messy to the extent that even walking feels overwhelming. While parking costs can feel like a sneaky extra, too. Given the premium positioning, I also didn’t see as much community vibe as I was expecting. If easy daily transit or a tighter social feel is on your checklist, then this isn’t quite it.

Oberoi Woods offers a true township lifestyle within Goregaon. The scale, greenery, and overall planning are genuinely impressive. Amenities are also top-class and, for a change, are maintained well. Upon your shift, you will soon find that security, cleanliness, and management are among the best in the area. Connectivity to offices, malls, and schools is seamless. So, living here feels polished and upscale.

I lived at Oberoi Gardens for over a year and genuinely appreciated the thoughtful design and overall upkeep they have maintained of this place. The apartments feel spacious and well-planned, with clean corridors, a large clubhouse, proper gyms, and parks that actually see a lot of activity. Connectivity isn’t bad either; autos and cabs are always easy to get, and everyday essentials are within walking distance. There’s a real sense that the maintenance we pay for is taken seriously, and to date, I haven’t faced pesky seepage or structural issues that many new complexes struggle with. All-in-all, it’s one of the more polished living experiences in Kandivali East.

At the time of project registration on MahaRERA website, Oberoi Realty gave a possession date of March 2021.

As per Oberoi Realty last investor presentation, the project is about 70% completed.

Builder seems to be lagging behind schedule based on possession date (March 2021) mentioned during project registration on MahaRERA.
